Home at last

Dean writes- I'm sorry it's taken a while to post this update about our arrival home. We got home yesterday at around 11:30 AM. There were numerous glitches on our trip home (the least of which is that our luggage is still somewhere between Jax and Hanoi) but we made all of our flights and are home. For me, the two defining moments on our trip home were when we were finally wheels up in Vietnam, meaning that Vietnam could never take Anna away from us. And secondly, when we were wheels down in LA and went through immigration, meaning that no one can every take Anna away from us. What a great, but exhausting day. We were/are absoultely exhausted from the traveling and the time change. That is one long trip. I'm sure Stacey will update this blog later today, but I thought since I was up I'd at least let you know that we are home.

Glad to hear you are home, safe and sound! Eric has numerous stories about lost luggage, at least it happened on the way home and not the other way around! Take care of yourselves and good luck getting transitioned back to life in FL quickly and smoothly!

Thanks for letting us know, Dean. I am sure you guys must be toast! The 16 hour flight and almost 24-hour transit time to get to South Africa is bad enough!

I hope you locate your luggage quickly and easily.
